What is Training FIT!

Training FIT (standing for FAITH IN TRAINING) is a program designed to help those either starting their fitness journey or those who want to enhance their fitness journey through the lens of scripture!

With college level training information & a build-up style programming, Training FIT will leave anyone feeling like an expert in their fitness.

Why was it created?

Hi, my name is Zoee! I'm the owner of Abundant Life Fitness and the creator of the Training FIT Program! I created Training FIT because I noticed a few problems in the fitness world:

1. People pay at minimum $5000 per year for a trainer and see minimal results, or when they drop the trainer they go back to feeling lost in the gym.

2. The lack of acknowledgement in mental struggles within the gym, such as burnout, anxiety, etc.

3. The lack of placing God in the center of fitness, especially when creating goals.

So that's why when I designed Training FIT, I decided to compact it into a 3 month course that covered all of these topics so people aren't just receiving workouts, but they are learning to train themselves.

In short, I placed all of my college level training knowledge, my years of in-person gym experience, hours of mental training research, & years of ministry experience into one program.

What is the Ambassador Program?

Ambassadors are the heart of Training FIT. By participating the the ambassador program they make weekly post(s) about what they learn throughout the program. They share testimonies, progress, etc, and really are responsible for building the community energy up!
